1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Absolutely. I love traveling and am always excited to document weddings in new places, whether that's across the country or overseas. I work with couples to make travel planning as simple as possible, and every destination is quoted individually based on the location and travel requirements. If you're celebrating somewhere meaningful to you, I'd be honored to be there to tell the story.

2. Do you help with planning our PHOTO session AHEAD OF TIME?

Absolutely. I love collaborating with clients who wish to do so to create something that feels personal and authentic. For engagement sessions, editorial portraits, and creative shoots, we can build a shared Pinterest inspiration board, discuss locations, wardrobe ideas, colors, and the overall mood to create a session that reflects your personality while still leaving room for genuine, unscripted moments.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Life happens, and I understand that plans sometimes change. If you need to reschedule, I'll do my best to accommodate a new date based on availability. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled according to the terms outlined in your contract. If unexpected circumstances arise, we'll work together to find the best solution.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes! Every collection includes professionally edited high-resolution digital images delivered through a private online gallery. Fine art prints, heirloom albums, wall art, and other keepsakes are also available for those who would like to preserve their memories in a tangible way.

5. Do you have a recommended videographer?

Yes. In addition to photography, I also offer cinematic wedding videography through Vieira Productions. If I'm photographing your wedding, I can also capture short highlight videos and candid moments throughout the day, depending on your collection.

For couples wanting a complete wedding film, I highly recommend having a dedicated video team. Whenever possible, I recommend at least two videographers to capture multiple angles, audio, and important moments without compromise, along with at least one dedicated photographer focused entirely on your photographs. If needed, I can also coordinate with one or two trusted videographers to create a seamless experience.

6. SHOULD WE HAVE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

A second photographer allows more of your story to be captured from different perspectives at the same time. While one photographer focuses on the couple, the other can document candid guest reactions, details, alternate angles, and moments happening elsewhere throughout the day.

For larger weddings or celebrations with multiple locations, a second photographer can make a significant difference in the variety and completeness of your gallery. Select premium packages include a trusted second photographer for this reason.

7. Can we meet before the session?

Absolutely. I always enjoy getting to know my clients before we work together. Whether it's a phone call, video chat, or meeting over coffee when possible, it's a great opportunity to answer questions, discuss your vision, and help everyone feel comfortable before the session.

8. CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC POSES OR SHOTS?

Of course! If there are particular family portraits, meaningful details, or creative ideas you'd like captured, I'm always happy to include them. I encourage couples to share inspiration beforehand, while also allowing space for natural moments that often become the most meaningful photographs.

9. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE the FINAL PHOTOS?

Delivery times vary depending on the type of session and the season. Before your session or wedding, I'll provide an estimated delivery timeline so you know exactly what to expect. Generally, most previews are sent out within the first two weeks, and the full gallery is completed within 6-8 weeks. Every gallery is carefully hand-edited, and I believe taking the time to do it well is worth the wait.

10. HoW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

Every wedding and session is unique, so the final number of images depends on the length of coverage and the events of the day. Rather than aiming for a specific quantity, I focus on delivering a thoughtfully curated gallery that tells your story completely. For weddings and events especially, I don't believe in limiting your gallery to an arbitrary number of edited images. While some photographers may promise a set amount- such as 30, 90 or another fixed total, I prefer to carefully review every photograph, thoughtfully cull through duplicates and unfavorable photos, and deliver as many meaningful images as your story deserves.

11. DO YOU RETOUCH EVERY PHOTO?

Every image is individually edited for color, exposure, and consistency while preserving natural skin tones and authentic moments. Select portraits receive additional detailed retouching such as subtle skin retouching, the removal of temporary blemishes, and small distractions that might take away from the photograph; while I avoid overly artificial editing so your photographs remain timeless. My goal is always to help you look your best while still looking like yourself.

If you're interested in more advanced or detailed retouching, I'm happy to offer that as well. Master edits- such as combining multiple group photos to create one image where everyone has their eyes open, removing or replacing larger objects, changing backgrounds, extensive body or clothing adjustments, removing unwanted people, or other complex Photoshop work—can be completed upon request for an additional retouching fee. These projects are quoted individually based on the amount of editing involved. Every gallery is edited with great care, and if there's a particular image you'd love to have perfected even further, I'm always happy to discuss the possibilities.

12. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR FOR OUR SESSION?

After booking, I'll provide guidance on outfits, colors, and styling that photograph beautifully while staying true to your personality. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, confident, and like yourself.

13. WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?

Weather is part of every story, and sometimes it creates the most memorable photographs. If conditions become unsafe or don't fit the vision for your session, we'll discuss rescheduling when appropriate. Otherwise, I'm always happy to embrace beautiful natural weather, whether it's mist, clouds, or a little rain.

14. Do you SHOOT FILM?

Yes. Alongside digital photography, I also offer 35mm film photography for couples and clients who love its timeless character and organic feel. Film coverage can be added to many sessions and wedding collections.

15. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY STYLE?

My style blends documentary storytelling with timeless portraiture and subtle editorial influence. I focus on authentic moments, genuine emotion, beautiful natural light, and creating photographs that feel honest, cinematic, and lasting.

16. HOW DO I BOOK?

Once you've reached out through the contact form, we'll discuss your plans, answer any questions, and select the collection that best fits your needs. Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the deposit has been received.
